Delivery - Trade Credit Account Customers

If you are a BHGS trade credit account customer and within our delivery area all orders are delivered free of charge if over the minimum order value of £150.00 otherwise you are charged at the prices below.

Delivery Information

Delivery options may vary dependant on your location and the weight/type of products in your basket. For an accurate price please put your delivery postcode in the delivery estimator found on the checkout page.

Royal mail delivery is charged at the current rates as stated on their website.
Your order should be delivered 1-2 working days from the date of order if the items are in stock. 
Please note delays with Royal Mail do occur and, although unusual, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Please note: Any date stated for delivery is an estimate only. BHGS will endeavour to despatch goods for the stated date but due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee these dates.

Delivery Notes:

  • Orders will be processed and despatched within 1-2 working days subject to stock availablily.
  • Orders placed after Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
  • We only deliver to mainland Britain, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Scottish Islands. We don’t currently ship to international addresses.
  • If your order is out of stock, we will deliver your products as soon as they become available.
  • For orders requiring palletised deliveries the standard carrier delivery size is 18ton rigid tail-lift vehicle (similar in size to a refuse lorry) and goods will arrive palletised. If you have any concerns regarding access please contact us.
  • For pallet deliveries weighing over 750Kg you will be required to have a forklift available.

However for larger items we use a carrier service please see below for prices (All rates are subject to VAT)

Please wait for confirmation that we have received and picked your goods before coming to the branch and bring your order acknowledgement number with you to avoid delays.

We will endeavour to have your order ready 1-2 days from the time your order is placed.  This may be longer if goods are not in stock at our Evesham branch.

Frequently asked questions

How long will I have to wait for my goods to be delivered?

BHGS aims to process and despatch an order on the day or, at the latest, the next working day after it has been placed. Small items will normally be sent via first class post. If the goods are being sent by courier it will generally take a maximum of 3 days to be with you. We will however send you an email to inform you of when your goods have been despatched.

Can you give me an estimated time for delivery?

Owing to the unpredictable nature of courier deliveries we're unable to offer any indication of what time your goods will be delivered. The reason behind this is that drivers' schedules change constantly throughout the day due to traffic and other circumstances beyond their control.

Can you deliver to offshore areas?

Using Royal Mail or our courier BHGS can deliver goods within the UK. Unfortunatley we are unable to deliver goods to Southern Ireland or the Channel Islands. However, we are prepared to send smaller items in the post to these locations but the postal cost will be charged accordingly. Offshore buyers should check with us before placing an order.

Can BHGS deliver my goods to a different address from that listed on the invoice?

Yes we can deliver goods to a separate address; we do however require a landline number to be provided in order for us to confirm the delivery details.

Does BHGS deliver to homes?

We do deliver to homes and not just businesses. Our couriers however will require a signature for the delivery. NB If nobody is home when the courier arrives - see 'Failed Deliveries' in our Returns Policy below.

Delivery costs appear a little expensive why is this?

Some of our goods are bulky and heavy in nature and become more expensive to ship with couriers. Unlike many other competitors we do not incorporate delivery costs in the price of our goods so in essence our costs remain competitive with market prices.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

  • We can only deliver to the premises door excluding any steps/staircases & lifts
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes
  • Sometimes deliveries are sent on pallets, please advise at time of ordering if a pallet cannot be accepted


Can I collect my goods order from your premises in Evesham?

Yes if you inform us at time of ordering that you want to collect we can make the necessary arrangements. We do require 24 hours notice and prefer a mid-morning time period.

Can I pay cash on collection?

Yes we do accept cash on collection or payment via credit/debit card. We do however prefer pre-payment before you arrive to enable us to get the paperwork ready and make the collection as quick as possible for you.

Returns Policy

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Where a delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion and failed and then the goods returned to BHGS Limited, the cost of the attempted deliveries and return postage will be deducted from any refunds available.

Where a delivery has been refused and returned to BHGS Limited (except damaged or faulty goods) the cost of the attempted deliveries and return postage will be deducted from any refunds available.


If you receive any goods which are faulty or any goods which you did not order in the first place you may return them to us for a replacement or full refund. You should not return again goods without first contacting us and obtaining a goods return number.

If you are not satisfied with any purchase from BHGS Ltd you may return any products back to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resalable condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing (we recognise that sometimes this may not be possible and will remail at the company's discretion).

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or the order was wrongly sent, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We can arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and will be deducted from any refund to you. You must ensure that you obtain a signature or proof of posting certificate for any goods collected or posted back to BHGS.

Please note that if we subsequently find that there is no fault with the product then the original postage/carriage cost will be deducted from your refund also.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
